Welcome to Grad-U-Agent! As a high school, college, and medical school student, I was able to learn a plethora of information required to “succeed.” Everything I learned was deemed “needed” and would be “important for my career,” but when I reached the professional world I found out that knowing the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell and how feudal society functioned wasn’t the magic ticket to landing a great job or the information I needed just to live an everyday life. Heck, I didn’t even know how to properly utilize the little money I did have, along with the added difficulty of bills, taxes, and student loans. All of my school “advisers” and “counselors” were more concerned about filling in the seat requirement on new/recommended classes, but never once gave me a road map for after graduation. Unfortunately for me, I realized after I completed a huge portion of my school that the best time to set yourself for a successful financial foundation and career is before school even starts. I created Grad-U-Agent as a resource to represent its readers as an agent; guiding them towards financial/career success with everyday-applicable tips and articles.
